Chris Alvarez
Pastor and Speaker
“She got way more done than I thought was possible. I handed over a messy list and figured we’d chip away at it. A week later the inbox was clear, the calendar was under control, and projects that had been sitting for months were actually moving.”

Jordan Hale
Founder
“She really helped us get our week back. Email, meetings, and follow-ups used to eat half my day. Now they’re handled before I even open my laptop, and I can stay on the work only I can do.”

Maya Chen
Executive Director
“She is way more than virtual help. She is a real part of the team. She knows how we work, catches things before they slip, and speaks up when something needs a better plan. It doesn’t feel like outsourcing. It feels like we added someone who belongs here.”

Our story. Your support.
We know both sides of a great partnership.
We started Next Level after years on both sides of the assistant partnership. Caleb brings more than 15 years of working with assistants. Sara brings over two decades of experience in administrative and management roles.
Together, we’ve learned how to identify and train excellent assistants and help leaders delegate well and build a strong partnership. Our heart is to give pastors, churches, and nonprofits more room for the people and work they’re called to serve.
Think of an assistant as adding more of you to your organization. Would more of your gifts, skills, and best work benefit your team? If so, an assistant is for you. By handling email, scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative details, your assistant frees you to focus on what only you can do. You’re gaining more than another employee. You’re gaining a partner who multiplies your capacity and helps your priorities move forward.
Why choose a virtual assistant over someone in person?
In-person support can be valuable when you need someone on site or prefer face-to-face collaboration. Virtual support gives you concentrated administrative work without needing another person in the office. Your paid support hours are focused on clear priorities, with less time spent on office chatter and day-to-day distractions. You get a professional partner who wants to move your work forward.
Can I get more than five hours of support a week?
Yes. If you need more than five hours of support each week, we can discuss options that fit your workload and organization.
What if the assistant partnership isn’t working?
Getting the fit right starts with our intake process. We take time to understand your needs and match you thoughtfully. If the partnership isn’t working, our priority is serving you. We’ll work with you to find a way to support your work.
